Athletics. Here you will find our athletic policy, league rules, league schedules and much more useful information. Starting with our 2008 soccer season all head coaches will be required to be NYSCA Certified. Our department is covering the cost for this certification. All the coaches must do is attend the clinic and meet the requirments of the certification process. We are striving to offer the citizens of Jacksonville the best possible youth sports programs available. We are currently changing the way we operate our department and we would appreciate any helpful input into this process.
